Hi I’m writing to make you aware of the casino site dingo-casino.com.


Not to be confused with a similar Australian based dingo site.


The site I’m talking about dingo-casino.com is a non gamstop site that DOES accept players from the United Kingdom and is fully open.


Basically I’m making it my mission to make sure the internet knows how bad this casino is - I deposit 3 separate amounts of money last week Wednesday 6th July totalling £600.


Got up to 1000 euro on European roulette and requested the withdrawal. After being fully verified I was told 3-5 days to process my withdrawal.

Then I was told it will probably be another 3-5 days for it to get to my bank. 

Bank transfer method.


So they took it right up to the 5th business day only to then send me an email saying they have taken my winnings off me because I didn’t follow the terms and conditions. I played with no bonus - I won fair and square on European roulette!


I relied on this money. So shocked and devastated and depressed that they took it off me. SCAM SITE. I chatted every day on live chat and email and they fooled me into thinking everything was fine!


Not only have I lost my £600 I deposited but then I lost my fair 1000 winnings.


The fact I never had a real answer about how long it was taking just "3-5 days"

Then they hang it out until the 5th day then simply take the money off my balance is a disgrace!


There is so much small print on real play money that it is almost worst than playing with a bonus!


I think they must wait till day 5 then if you have not reversed the super slow withdrawal yourself then they will find a breach and take it off you anyway!

Could you please advise when exactly did they void your balance? Was your deposit ever refunded to your account? When was the last time you contacted the casino regarding this issue and what exactly did they respond to you?

= Yes the £200 was refunded - I blew that in seconds out of sheer anger.


When was the last time you contacted the casino regarding this issue and what exactly did they respond to you?

= they sent one email saying this:

"As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we have seen that the terms and conditions of the casino were not met.

Our Terms and Conditions prohibit placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the deposit.

We have therefore cancelled your withdrawal request and removed the winnings."


So I then sent them a reply by email at 11:01 13/07/2022 basically kicking off telling them I was shocked and how I would make the internet know how bad they were and threatened lawyers and said I’d tell the authorities.


it’s totally unfair- I won 1000 and should of received this.


I played on European roulette for ages to get this 1000 win. Think how many small spins/big spins etc I did to slowly reach 1000? There’s no way mathematically they can tell me I’ve broken the rules factoring this in to it.


I will take them down with help from people like you and others with similar experiences.


I thought the whole point of a casino is betting to win or lose and I fairly won.


zero bonuses used throughout.


Egged me on to thinking it was all ok for a week! Then robbed me!

Also again I’ll try show you a picture now on here that I have. A screen shot.


In the account section I went to view transactions and game history - there is no exact time or amount I’ve spent!

so if I can’t see how much I’ve spent on each roulette spin etc then how can they??? Simply just says the game I played on and what date. No times or amounts spent! It won’t let me upload the picture but I can send it by email if needs be.

In case you did not use any bonus, the casino shouldn't void your balance for such reason as max bet. I will now forward your complaint to my colleague Tomas who will be assisting you from now on.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider this rule:


We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.


to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that set the maximum allowed bet for a bonus play.


Could you please advise whether you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

As mentioned earlier in this thread, at Casino Guru, maximum bet rules that also apply to real money play and are not enforced at the software level are considered unfair and predatory. From the statistical point of view, there’s no point in limiting the bet amount for real money play, and secondly, punishing players for breaching the rule by confiscating their funds can be viewed as predatory.


We kindly ask you to reconsider the decision in this case.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
