Case summary

The player from Ireland had her winnings capped as if they’ve been generated from a No Deposit bonus. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited €25 and received a matching bonus. I cleared the wagering requirements and tried to withdraw €150.

This was changed by their finance team to €50 total. They said that I had breached the terms and conditions and that the max winnings was €50.

I went into live chat, they showed me the t & cs for a non deposit bonus. I explained that it doesn't apply as it was a deposit bonus I received.

I got the run around in live chat for over an hr with no resolution.

They are scammers and an absolute joke.

The matching bonus was a 100% matching bonus on joining ( I deposited €25). When I deposited I didn't receive the bonus. I went into live chat at the time and it was then applied to my account. I don't know how to link to the bonus but it was matched 100% and I went way above the play x times rate so that's not applicable.

As written above when I tried to withdraw €150 I was unable to do so. They have in fact transferred €50 back to my account. They are trying to say it was a free bonus whereas in fact it was a bonus upon joining.
