I had a terrible experience with customer service here due to the fact that they were saying one thing while the terms and conditions said another in regards to no deposit bonuses. I will attach screenshots of the conversation and the terms and conditions, as well as the details of the bonus I currently wanted to use and asked about. Currently trying to get in touch with management of some sort, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I always read the t&c first and my partner found the casino he was emailed the signup bonus by the casino itself. From the email "noreply@digits7mails.com" I am not yet verified but I also have not spent any of the bonus yet either. The last time I spoke to them was yesterday and it was about the rules being incorrect in the t&c. I provided screenshots. Also I’m a female. It calls me "he" above.

Unfortunately almost every online casino forbids claiming bonuses from the same household and they can void the winnings or even close the account.
Regarding the support, most of casinos have outsourced live support and it is something we can do nothing about it. You can leave a review on the casino but as per complaint, we will be forced to close it if there isn't anything else we can assist you with.

I don’t mind if they void the bonus but my main complaint is misleading/misinformation in their terms and conditions. Which would be unfair in my opinion.

Please keep in mind that the terms and conditions are above anything no matter what the live support said. If they claim something differently, be sure to make screenshot of it in case you would have any trouble with them.
