We had contacted the casino for clarification on the delay. The player later confirmed that he had received his withdrawal after six weeks. We had successfully resolved the issue and marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Withdrawal has been pending for over a month at this point and every time I get ahold of support they all say that they'll be sure to bump it up to priority with the payments department but obviously it's still not a priority I suppose.

From this particular casino, no. Other inclave powered casinos, yes. Under the "my documents" tab on digits 7, it says I'm approved. Wasn't asked to provide KYC verification documents at the time of the withdrawal request.

I did use a 220% no playthrough bonus on a $50AUD deposit. Max cash out for said coupon was set at $5000AUD, if I remember correctly.

Update: As of Wednesday, November 22nd, I can truthfully say that Digits7 casino has paid me my withdrawal and it only took 6 weeks to do so. Thank you casinoguru and staff for assisting me with my dilemma.
