hello there!


no i didn't. they rejected all 15 of mine. I have yes, i have sent all the documents they asked me for, they never even replied.

No bonus used what to ever. They always told me it's something on their end that is cancelling the withdraws, and their department was fixing it. but its been 2 months now, and they keep copy pastying the same answer, not giving any new details, just delaying on purpose.
