Hi i made withdraw 17.04 (yes i know this is to early...) in this time i have account full verification and when i want to contact via message, chat etc. Chat is response not every day... some times wait 10 hours and no cocnection with agent... Never get info about account verification only i have chat transcriptions and confirmation that my account is verify. I read customers discuss and i think this is a scam... people never get money xD I dont know what is status my account because as i mentioned casino never confirmed my verification via email... I am waiting for casino message (via page) since i made withdraw xd and since i made withdraw i have difficult contact with chat and no contact at all via page message and email support xD My account is not blocked, yet... i want to start this complaints because this is ridiculous how its looks like xD

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

ok they just answer on chat (still waiting from sunday on answer via email xD) that my account was verifed yesterday and since yesterday is 48 hours but day have 24 hours and they dont give me info about hours verification so i asume it was early than 13:38 cet (i have chat transcription). Yes i know about 14 days... but i read about problems with this casino so i need to prepare my self! i will back with 10 days if they not pay, have good time!
