The player from Hong Kong was facing issues while withdrawing 84 USDT from an online casino. Despite having contacted customer support, they only refunded the deposited money and denied the winnings. They accused the player of a serious violation without clarifying the details and ended the conversation. After reviewing the case, we concluded that the player's issue was primarily related to sports betting, an area outside of our expertise. Consequently, we could not provide the necessary assistance. The player had been offered a list of alternative websites that might have been able to help with his sports betting issue. The complaint was rejected due to the specific nature of the player's issue.

The mentioned website won't payout of the winnings of the 84 USDT, even it claimed as a decentralised Web3 bookmaker.


When I pressed the button to withdraw the fund to my wallet, that claimed a technical issue.


After about three hours of conversation to their CS staff, they just refund with the deposit but denied to payout the winnings.


they claimed, I had a serious violation but didn't answer what is it, and blocked the conversation since then.


I provided the screenshot of their website. Hopefully you could do something for me, or make a remark for this website as a scammer, they 100% not a decentralised bookmaker, and every step of process are full of delays and errors, now maybe more and more players would know.
