Deal Or No Deal Casino - Player’s withdrawals are delayed.

Hello Casino Guru,

I have two cash outs...one 550 CAD requested on 01/01/2024

and one 600 CAD requested on 01/05/2024 and my withdrawals are still pending, I also contacted support 5 times and I always get same answer "we are short with staff in Finance department we will forward your request to relevant department,but i keep receiving promotion every single day. I am fully verified at this Casino also had few withdrawals without any problems usually they would processed withdrawals 3-5 business days but this is taking way to long.

Please Casino Guru if you can help me with this issue.

Yes all accumulated winnings are with deposit+bonus and wagering is fully completed .

Last time i contacted support was on 01/16/2024 which i received same answer like previous conversation

last successful withdrawal was made on 09/22/2023
