Good day. I am currently testing a number of casinos and also a number of dispute resolution platforms.
I signed up at this casino yesterday because I read on Casino-Guru that this casino is very good. And it accepts players from Austria. After making several deposits and not winning once, I've been wondering and wondering if the RNG might be rigged. Also, I deposited with euros within 30 hours and I can't afford that at all because I earn €800 a month. I am currently in bankruptcy proceedings due to my gambling addiction. Now I have found that the casino does not have a valid license for Austria. On the one hand I would have liked some casino guru to take responsibility for this false information and on the other hand I would have liked the casino to refund 100% of the deposits because the basic transaction did not come about due to illegality. According to the settled case law of the European Court of Justice and the Supreme Court of Austria, this transaction is invalid and must be reversed.
In addition, Austrian law stipulates a maximum deposit of €800 per week, €4000 in 30 hours does not really correspond to a functioning system of player protection and responsible gaming.

ich habe mich gestern bei diesem Casino angemeldet weil ich auf Casino-Guru gelesen habe, dass dieses Casino sehr gut ist. Und es Spieler aus Österreich akzeptiert. Nachdem ich mehrere Einzahlung getätigt habe und nicht ein einziges Mal gewonnen habe, habe ich mich gewundert und frage mich ob der RNG vielleicht manipuliert sein könnte. Außerdem habe ich mit Euro innerhalb von 30 Stunden eingezahlt und das kann ich mir überhaupt nicht leisten weil ich 800 € im Monat verdiene. Ich bin zur Zeit in einem Insolvenzverfahren aufgrund meiner Spielsucht. Nun habe ich festgestellt dass das Casino gar keine gültige Lizenz für Österreich hat. Zum einen hätte ich gerne etwas Casino-Guru die Verantwortung für diese Falschinformation übernimmt und zum anderen hätte ich gerne dass das Casino die Einzahlungen zu 100 % refundiert, weil das Grundgeschäft aufgrund Illegalität nicht zu Stande gekommen ist. Gemäß ständige Rechtsprechung des europäischen Gerichtshofs und des Obersten Gerichtshofes von Österreich ist diese Transaktion ungültig und Rückabzuwickeln.
außerdem sieht das österreichische Gesetz eine maximale Einzahlung von 800 € pro Woche vor, 4000 € in 30 Stunden entspricht wohl nicht wirklich einem funktionierenden System von SpielerSchutz und responsible Gaming.

Please read the complaint again. I find it interesting that such completely time-consuming queries always come up.
the casino is ILLEGAL. It does not have an Austrian license. Only a Curacao license that is not valid in Austria. According to the applicable law, all deposits are therefore to be refunded. I politely request that this be arranged.
