The player from New Zealand tried to activate a bonus, but it hasn't been credited. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I signed up added bonus code the site had glitches then I had to restart signing up again added bonus code. Site didnt add my bonus and rec'd NO free spins


I contacted the online chat team the person was rude and still didnt reinstate bonus of free spins

But offered a very small token.

I advised I did everything correctly it wasnt my fault the site didnt do what it said it would for welcome bonuses.

Then was ignored.

I asked to have my credit card removed from the site.... again was ignored.

Quite disheartening.
