The player's withdrawal was delayed for months for an unknown reason. The player lost the funds while trying to make enough funds to request a minimal withdrawal, and the complaint was closed as "rejected".

So as i mentioned in my complaint with their sister site, Paradise 8, their management, or finance team and chat experts have given me nothing but total runaround with very unclear emails. So in addition to these amounts, i requested a list of every transaction and reason for denial. So this is the minimum amount that I'm waiting on


$101.06 was requested on 11/11 and still says processing.


$135.19 was requested on 10/28 and still says processing.


$245.53 was processing then cancelled by the system. When i asked them why it was canceled they said they would look into it then don't respond.


In addition to these payouts that i'm still waiting on, i would still like to see actual numbers of what i requested, and actual numbers of their denials and reasons. As with Paradise 8, they do not write in factual statements within the emails so its impossible to know which is which. But these i have listed above, i was still able to follow after realizing that i needed to be because of their deceptive ways.

my account has been verified since the summer at some point. i had received previous payouts and they stopped paying out. I played with bonuses on these. i spoke with the casino a couple days ago asking for them to provide me with actual numbers and specifics, like i have been asking for all along and they refuse to do that. they just ignore that they arent providing the info.

Hello jaimev33,


When looking into your account, we do see correspondence between you and your account manager where the situation was explained. However, we will gladly explain here as well.


You have one withdrawal in processing from 11/11 for $100. Since you took a no-wager bonus which is deducted from the winnings once paid, and since our minimum payment is set to $100, you will need to cash out over $130 in order to get paid this one paid, just like you got paid in the past.


The exact same applies to your second withdrawal in processing from October 28th. The no-wager bonus you claimed is $81, while you are trying to withdraw $135. After the no-wager bonus deduction, it is less than $100 and according to our T&Cs will not be sent until it can cover a minimum of $100.

it was explained without dates or numbers. when there are multiple payouts, and you speak in generalities and dont answer direct questions in emails or provide the specific information like you just did, how can you expect a person to know. i have continuously asked for this info and those emails and chats have been ignored EVERY TIME.

They have been emailing me from both paradise 8 and davinci. but once again, they are not providing all the info, so i respond and ask more questions so i know how to go about all, and they dont respond in the email chain. they then send separate emails with information that i have no idea which one they are referring to. this is maddening. i would hope that paradise/davinci will lay out all the specifics and details here so that i can do something with the information instead of getting bits and pieces of different payouts in different emails in which i can do nothing with. this is the information that i would hope they can provide so i have an idea of what they are doing.

As explained above, our minimum withdrawal amount is set to $100, while no wager bonuses are being deducted.


On your recent withdrawal of $101 (November 11th), a no wager bonus of $30 was claimed. Therefore, a withdrawal request of minimum $130 needs to be requested.


On the additional withdrawal request (October 28th) a no wager bonus of $81 was claimed. Therefore, a withdrawal request of minimum of $181 needs to be requested.

As mentioned, no wager bonuses are to be deducted from the initial withdrawal amount.


The $245 withdrawal came from a win while claiming a no-wager bonus worth $102.


Therefore, $143 was sent a long time ago in November.

Yes, i just looked at my statement and i did receive a deposit of 143 in november. I asked them multiple times via email and chat and they gave me nothing but a runaround and no answer on the 245.i play with multiple sites and receive wires from multiple sites. and had multiple payouts that they were rejecting left and right with their continuous excuses, so unfortunately there was no way to track that as they dont give specifics on anything for anything or answer straightforward questions. still waiting for them to respond for paradise 8 on the payouts too. thank you
