I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

To help us look into this further, could you please clarify a few details?

  • Have you received any specific feedback from Dafabet’s support team about why the payment is still under validation after 6 days?
  • Could you let us know if you have been in contact with them regarding a timeframe for when they expect the validation to be completed?
  • In addition to the screenshots you mentioned, do you have any written communication from Dafabet’s payments team? If so, please feel free to forward any correspondence to petronela.k@casino.guru to help us understand the situation more fully.

I have asked the same why my payment is still pending but everytime they says transaction is pending,under validation, followed up, escalated high priority

First of all it's a phonepe Upi transaction money will be credited instantly

Even payment gateway confirmed payment gateway,lets assume if transaction is failed then with in 48 hours money will be refunded whereas not

I have been contacted many hundred of time but everytime they says no timeframe, will credit asap

Provided all screenshots but they says their payment team is validating

Those are all lies because it's a UPI transaction won't take this long in any case

Looks like fraud strategy initially they says validating,later amount not received,later they says contact bank,bank will say successful, then I will raise chargeback merchant will reject my request happened to many people

I hope with all proofs they credit my deposit
