The player from India had reported that he had deposited 6000 rs in crypto to his casino account, but it had not been credited for two days. Despite his efforts to communicate with the casino, he had only received automated responses. After he submitted his complaint to us, we advised him not to deposit any more funds until the issue was resolved. He later informed us that his deposit had been credited. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I deposited 6000 rs in crypto ( 72 USDT )

but amount not credited for 2 days, I deposited on 16/03/24


i emailed them multiple times but it’s always a bot response even the live chat is a bot response.

they are asking me to upload screenshot of UPI UTR number but I did transaction in crypto

i uploaded transaction ID but still not credited

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Firstly, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Are you sure you used the correct cryptocurrency address?
