Daer Sir or Madam! I was not able to independently resolve the problem with the Dafabet casino, for this reason I am asking you for help.
I put $ 2,720 on the withdrawal. Initially, the casino refused to withdraw, I decided. that they had some technical problems. And a little later, he again put $ 2,720 on the withdrawal. BUT! My payment wallet received $ 2,652 instead of $ 2,720. That is, I lost 68 dollars.
On October 11, I notified the casino that the withdrawal was not received in full. In response, the casino reported that $ 68 is a 2.5 percent fee on withdrawals.
I have re-examined the legal documents of the casino, posted in the public domain, which I have the right to regard as a public offer. In particular clause 7.5 "We reserve the right to charge a deposit and withdrawal processing fee to cover the transaction costs of third parties depending on the payment method chosen. We will inform you if you will be subject to this processing fee. "
Taking into account the fact that I was not properly notified about the collection of the commission, as well as its size before the withdrawal of funds, I learned about the commission only after the fact, I am convinced that the collection of the commission violates my civil rights.
