Despite multiple emails and providing a bank statement, the casino's support had been unresponsive and had sent incorrect tracking numbers, leading the player to feel frustrated and neglected. The issue was resolved when the casino acknowledged that the withdrawal had not been processed by the payment provider and returned the funds to the player's game balance. The player then successfully re-requested the withdrawal, which was processed and paid, resulting in the player receiving the funds.

So I have been scammed by this casino for 600 euros. All started on the 9th of September, I made a withdrawal, but the money didn't come. it was on pending for a day (usually they pay out in 2-3 hours). I wrote to the support, they said that they completed the payment and should be on the way. The amount didn't get to my card in 3 hours, which was weird, because these transfers are usually instant. They told me to wait 24 hours so I did. After 24 hours they told me to wait 5 days, so I did. After 9 days, still no money on my account and they refuse to escalate the situation, I sent about 10 emails, providing my bank statement twice, to prove I did not receive the funds. 3 days ago, they sent me RRN numbers to prove, that I got the money, the only problem was, thath the RRN numbers were 2 different withdrawal from the 16th of September. I am not sure if they are unable to read English or just trying to scam me, but ever since, they are not replying to my emails and refusing to give out the tracking number for the transaction, even though they had no problem giving out 2 other tracking numbers. I have screenshots showing how incompetent their support is, I am not sure if they are even able to read properly. Is there anyone I can get help? I am frustrated, Gold level player on their site, deposited 1000s of euros and treat me like this. Very frustrating. Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your withdrawal has been approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thank you for your advice and the help I am trying to receive. Since I wrote this complaint, I contacted their live support. I didn't say anything, just asked for th etracking number for the 600 euro transaction, since they had no problem giving out other withdrawals of mine. She kept me in chat for 2 hours, saying their financial department is busy and I will be contacted by e-mail asap, haven't got anything so far. They didn't reply to my e-mail 3 days ago, and never sent me the tracking number. I can wait 14 days, no problem. It's just frustrating that any time before I contacted support, everything was solved in about 1 hour and now it seems like every support agent is dodging my requests.

After a long check by the financial department it turned out that the withdrawal of 600 EUR was not paid by the payment provider. Therefore, the amount of 600 EUR was returned to the game balance. At this point you just need to create a withdrawal request again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
