The casino's promotion had claimed to offer a no-deposit bonus, but according to the player, a deposit was required to access the bonus, and only a real balance could be used for wagering. Promo states it is a no deposit bonus, terms state wagering requirements available using both real and bonus balances false. A deposit is needed to access bonus and players can only wager out bonus using a real balance. Casino and its support agents took no responsibility to the promos no-deposit bonus statement, or what the promo terms and condition statement meanings. I asked reasoning for deposit being needed to access bonus balance and being only able to use real balance to wager out. Answers given where silly and nonsense trying to make sense of there own twisted reasoning for not following through with promo statements and told it was not false advertising. Clear to me false advertising being used to lure players to site only for them to be disappointed that promo false. Some may stay regardless but I for one did not. And nothing offered to resolve issue. Just told it was casino gurus fault for the promotion and its false statement s. They also implied casino guru not a trusted site.
