I requested a withdrawal from Dachbet on 06/28/2022. The sum amounts to 500 CHF. I'm still waiting for the payment to be processed. The live chat writes every time the payment is about to be carried out. But nothing happens. Before I requested this withdrawal, it was canceled by Dachbet saying "your bank refused the withdrawal". I feel held out and would like the money I am entitled to. The casino doesn't take my problem seriously. And the chat white is not exactly competent.

Ich habe am 28.06.2022 eine Auszahlung bei Dachbet beantragt. Die Summe beläuft sich auf 500 CHF. Auf die bearbeitung der Zahlung warte ich immer noch. Der Live Chat schreibt jedes mal die Auszahlung steht kurz vor der Ausführung. Aber es tut sich einfach nichts. Bevor ich diese Auszahlung beantragt hatte, wurde sie von Dachbet storniert mit der Begründung "Ihre Bank hat die Auszahlung abgelehnt". Ich fühle micH hingehalten und möchte gerne mein Geld das mir zusteht. Das Casino nimmt mein Problem nicht ernst. Und der Chat weiss ist nicht gerade kompetent.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

Best thanks for the feedback. I am verified. I also received this in writing via email. Dachbet Casino states that withdrawals are processed within 48 hours. Depending on the bank, it can then take 3-5 days for the money to be in the bank account. The payout is still pending (today the 5th day). You can still cancel them.
The support always writes the same thing. I also see that this casino has a very bad rating, which also worries me.
Besten Dnak für die Rückmeldung. Verifiziert bin ich. Das habe ich auch Schriftlich per Mail bekommen. Das Dachbet Casino gibt an das Auszahlungen innerhalb von 48 Stunden ausgeführt werden. Danach kann es je nach Bank 3-5 Tage dauern bis das Geld auf dem Bank Konto ist. Die Auszahlung ist aber immer noch pendent (Heute der 5 Tag). Man kann sie immer noch stornieren.
Der Support schreibt immer das gleiche. Ausserdem sehe ich das dieses Casino eine sehr schlechte Bewertung, hat was mir auch sorgen bereitet.

My withdrawal was canceled again today. With the reason: Technical problems with the Bank Transfer payment method.
The support said I should use a different payment method (Neteller or EcoPayz). Have now chosen the method Netteller and wait a moment.
As said. The support first said everything was fine and I shouldn't worry.
Ein kleines Update,
Meine Auszahlung wurde heute wieder Storniert. Mit der Begründung: Technische Probleme mit der Auszahlungsmethode Bank Transfer.
Der Support meinte ich soll eine andere Auszahlungsmethode verwenden (Neteller oder EcoPayz). Habe nun die Methode Netteller gewählt und warte einmal ab.
Wie gesagt. Der Support meine zuerst es sei alles in Ordnung und ich soll mir doch keine Sorge machen.
