My dispute is with Cyber Casino 3077 it has to be the worse one I’ve joined.. I made the withdrawal on the 12/11/2020 and still haven’t received it I’ve sent emails but only get a few word answers if I’m lucky saying you will get your money soon, I’ve heard this now fir two weeks and now when I write they are ignoring me.. I won this money fair and square I played through the wagering and won. It’s the most frustrating casino I know and doesn’t have good customer service, no live chat and no telephone. All I want is my money and for the casino to treat customers with respect.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please specify which payment method you have opted for and if it were your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated from a No Deposit bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. I am happy to say I received my winnings yesterday and also a long email explaining things to me..I wonder if they had seen this as it’s very coincidental the day after I contact you I receive communication and the winnings.
