The player from Lithuania had reported that his winnings had been removed from his personal wallet, with the casino allegedly stating it was too late to withdraw the funds. The player had confirmed that he attempted to withdraw €500, but the casino cancelled the withdrawal and removed the funds. After reviewing the communication between the player and the casino, we found that the funds had been deducted due to the player's failure to complete the wagering requirements on time. This had led to the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of the accumulated balance, which was a standard procedure. As a result, we were unable to assist the player and the complaint was rejected.

Hello

How to sau yes money was in Me casino accaunt i make withdraw 500e. Then they cancel withdraw and delete everythink. And just sau it was to late to pick this is all what they sau and all money gone.

Well, it seems that the funds were deducted because you didn't complete the wagering requirements on time. If that is the case, I am afraid that we are not able to help. Bonuses sometimes have a specific time in which you must finish the wagering requirements and if you fail to do so, the bonus is canceled, and all accumulated balance is forfeited.
