I played at Cyberbet a while ago and closed down my account due to gambling addiction. They continued to send me marketing emails...thats stopped eventually.

A year or so later they started to send me marketing emails again and I clicked on one. I was able to log in with another email (looks like I had two accounts) and lost some money. I then asked to close down my account due to gambling addiction and they left it open for another day...and I was able to lose even more money.

So overall they do not care much about player safety.

Also they offer their service to Germany = illegal.

If you win and want to cash out you will go through several ACCOUNT VERIFICATIONS (They try everything not to pay you)
they ask for RG, proof of residence, a photo of you holding a newspaper of the exact day and your RG all clear after everything was approved they even asked me for proof of income to top it all off I had to make a video call via Skype for 18 minutes with questions impossible to remember .. like
What day did you deposit? in which game did you win?
What time do you play? Absurd.. they do everything possible to prevent you from making your withdrawal. And finally after everything was approved they blocked my account and said I'm a fraud

I registered and managed to release the bonus, I spent 5 months trying to validate my identity, photos of the identity card, invoices with the address, driver's license, and every time I wanted to make a withdrawal they blocked it, in the end they asked me for a selfie with my account open on the pc, and everything to be answered that I was suspected of money laundering, they fed my account and I lost everything, my money invested and what I earned, it is a scam, over time I began to see comments, but very late, hopefully and it doesn't happen to anyone else if this helps.

They have a nice user interface they have lots of slots in their casino section and good odds in their football section.

I particularly enjoyed playing magic apple there and for a fairly new company they made payouts easy and fast.

I placed bets in their sports section too for euro 2020 with their boosted odds.

I will be going back to their casino to discover new games.
