The player from Croatia had his account blocked without further explanation for six months. The remaining balance is still held by the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I got this message for no reason. Just trying to withdraw few hundred euros!
"Your account has been frozen for our security service checking. For results, you will need to write on email: supportATcyber.bet after 10.12.2021 or wait for the answer on your mail."
6 months for service checking???
Earlier they did KYC check, I sent them documents, address verification, selfie with ID and everything was ok but suddenly they froze account with money blocked!
They are scammers for sure! Everything is ok while you loosing money, but once you earn some and try to withdraw it then scammers froze account and due to reviews they did it multiple times.
I'm sorry but didn't read reviews earlier.
And don't believe their repllys on negative comments, they don't respond on emails!
