Hi, I'm with a pending withdraw since last october, 19. Before it, my KYC had been completed in 10 days too, a stupid period for a simple document.


After waiting almost two weeks for my money I cancelled my withdraw and request another withdraw minutes ago as you can see at the images below. I can't wait anymore for this fucking stupid casino, they are being malicious. Cyberbet broke the rules, could you help me?
