The player from India had been restricted to daily withdrawals and betting limits of only INR 1000 since December 26th, 2023. He had also reported that his withdrawal requests had been rejected with an error message. The player had no pending withdrawals and had completed the wagering of his deposits without any active bonus. Despite his limitations, he had still been able to bet on sports and casino games but had been restricted from playing live dealers casino games and the Blast crash game above the daily limit. After he forwarded relevant communication between him and the casino to us, his account had been unblocked, and he had received his withdrawal. We had marked this complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I am regular using Cwinz casino from past 2 years.

Since 26th December 2023 I was restricted from withdrawals and getting limit is set only inr 1000 daily

I have asked their customer service executive but receive only standard casino replies from them that they have no update from the relevant team .


Kindly help me out of this situation

Sorry some mistake I early message that withdrawals are restricted and Betting limits are restricted to INR 1000 daily limit.


Earlier withdrawals were processed successfully, but from 26th December 2023, withdrawal request were rejected with error message.

Right now I don't have any pending withdrawals, and I have completed wagering of deposits and don't have any active bonus.

Interestingly I can bet on sports , bet on casino games, but cannot play live dealers casino games and Blast crash game above daily limiit of Inr 1000.
