I deposited around 0.003 two times at this casino.. All was going well eventhough I could only bet a minimum of 1mbit on blackjack 1.5 mbits on slots.


I had gotten up to 0.012 btc via blackjack and went to withdraw. 48 hours later I get told my withdrawal has been cancelled and after a long chat with live chat they've offered me 2.8 mbits back (my last deposit) because apparently I've bet over the bet limit of 1mbit per bet when I doubled down on my penultimate hand. Forfeiting all wins. Scumbag casino and scumbag staff.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I fully understand how difficult the whole situation must be for you. I carefully checked the General Terms on the website, and this is what I found https://www.cryptothrills.io/terms-and-conditions:

„The maximum bet amount allowed is 1 mBTC/33 mBCH/147 mLTC. Exceeding this bet amount could result in winnings being forfeited. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black. Players are limited to bets that do not exceed 0.86 mBTC/29 mBCH/126 mLTC per round and 0.054 mBTC/1.82 mBCH/7.93 mLTC per line when playing with an active bonus. Any bets that exceed these limits will cause all winnings to be void."

Could you please advise how many double downs you have placed, ergo how many times maximum bet rule has been breached? Ideally, please forward your game history to petronela.k@casino.guru. Lastly, do I understand correctly that you have accumulated your winnings without any active bonus?

I only placed the one double down on my penultimate hand. No bonuses were used.


I think it's worth mentioning that I just took my deposit back. As much as i wanted my winnings i simply can't be bothered with them they're real scumbags. Just want the review to state as such.
