Cryptoleo I used to consider Cryptoleo a decent casino

However, recently I have been really affected by the lack of professionalism in this casino

During yet another withdrawal attempt, I got a Sumsub verification notification

Verification failed on the first attempt!

The casino can't handle it

Verification was supposed to be immediate, but it's been going on for a month

I'm constantly being ignored and dismissed on the chat

They explain it with Sumsub no contact

I was previously verified and had withdrawals and deposits of course

Sumsub makes a mistake on the first attempt, which the service cannot fix...

the withdrawal that took a few minutes has been taking a few weeks now

the money is almost lost

maybe that's all the Cryptoleo specialists want

Specialists in a false sub-face to the player as a source of funds only!

Embarrassment and complete lack of professionalism

I cross Cryptoleo off the list of reliable sites

I also conclude that sister sites such as BetonRed BDMBet Nine Bruno Coolzino and all based on this engine probably behave similarly...!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly.
