We had advised the player to be patient, cooperate with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, the player decided to cancel the withdrawal and unfortunately lost his winnings. We had subsequently closed the complaint due to the player's decision.

I submitted 4 withdrawals totaling $2161 on May 2nd. I’ve contacted live chat numerous times, have a bunch of the transcripts saved and yet all I get is the run around. They either tell me to wait longer or that a specialized team is looking at my withdrawals! I’m sick of waiting and now I see other people with issues as well.

You can close this as I wound up canceling the withdrawl and played and lost! I still think this casino has issues though.
