The player from Poland requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. Unfortunately, the player lost his winnings before we could help, therefore, we were forced to reject this complaint.

I did not recive my withdraw i cant cancel it as well. Support dont keep teling me that my withdraw was approved thats why I cant cancel it but i did not recive it and on the web Site it is pending

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I sendo this chat transcryption to prove that I inform casino that my crypto wallet adres is not permanentn. It change in 24H. And if they send transfer to Old one money will be lost. I send them new addres today but I had no answer.

Casino do not payout ammout of around 1000euro (in btc).

Every time I contact them they telling me that my withdraw is approved but they have some tehnical issue with this withdraw method (only crypto withdraw avaible there). I made withdraw 22.07.2023 since than nothing happen. 

My withdraw is pending since then. Other thing is that my crypto wallet change address every 24h and i inform them about it bacause if they sent money now it will be lost . I email them and send a new address but I did not get any answear . Onlt support said that this is not a problem and they team will takę care of this.

No i did not recive it . They just cancel my withdraw (after one week) erlier they told my every time I asked that they could not do this . I spent this money in casino because I could not withdraw this "virtual money" and ask support to close account . This casino is scum!!!!!!!

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
