The player from Ireland had submitted a withdrawal request more than a week ago. Crown Play Casino's terms mentioned a 3-day business withdrawal period that had already passed. The player was seeking their winnings and wished to close their account. We had advised the player that withdrawal processes could take up to 14 days and requested their patience. However, the player did not respond to our follow-up messages. Therefore, we were unable to investigate the matter further and had to reject the complaint.

I submitted a request for withdrawal over a week ago. Account says does not need to verify. T&C says 3 business days for withdrawal, so now Crown Play casino are in breach of their own T&C. I get the same copy and paste response from the chat. I see on the complaints this is a regular occurrence with their delayed withdrawal. I just want my winnings and close my account.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

On second thoughts can you make this public again. Hopefully people will read how bad this casino is a at paying out winnings and not join up. I do not recommend anyone to join this casino as they are incompetent when it comes to paying out. I have never waited this long at any casino i played on
