Always used Skrill and Paysafecard as deposit options. Spent over 3000€ on their site. Once withdrew 100€ via Skrill withdrawal method and got approved in 2 hours. Now I won and wanted to withdraw 1100€, and Skrill is just simply gone as a withdrawal option (big surprise). Now had to use bank transfer as withdrawal and its been pending for over 14 hours. Now there will be a problem after problem, until I spend all the money and they dont withdraw. Horrible.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello, the casino did in fact pay my winnings today, but after very much waiting and wierd requests. For example I used bank withdrawal as I said, but after 24hrs of waiting, it got canceled with the reason that I need verification for my Skrill account (lol). But the case is resolved. Thanks for help.
