While I understand your frustration created by the situation, we have a zero-tolerance policy against behaviour such as insulting representatives of the casino or sending them threats. The casino has the right to refuse service to any customer if they are going to pay out all of their current balance and your refusal to cooperate and placing more bets escalated this situation. The casino has provided us with Blockchain Explorer confirmation that you have received the funds so your complaint will be rejected.

Moreover, there was evidence provided, sufficient to prove that you have impersonated a member of our team with an intention to mislead and blackmail the casino representative. Such behaviour is extremely unaccaptable and unethical. We take impersonation seriously, and after discussing this case with my team, we have decided to ban you from our site, Boyard777.
