The player from France has requested a withdrawal almost two months ago. It has been pending since. The complaint was closed as "unresolved" as we did not receive any respond from the casino.
I have a problem with cresusbet.com (the same operator as wizabet.com). 7 weeks ago, I made a withdrawal of 450€ and the website refuses to pay me. I'd send more than 100 mails to contact cresusbet.com and wizabet.com and it refuses to reply me. Since I won and I made my withdrawal I don't have news with them (befor they reply me...). It's my second withdrawal and I received the first one (187€). In addition, I have some winning bets in pending and cresubet.com refuses to pay me too. Please, can you do something ?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without active bonus? Lastly, what did you mean by: "I have some winning bets in pending."
Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is unusually long time. However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I have opted for my credit card. I didn't have bonus since I create my account (or maybe 5€...).
I have 216,20€ of winnings bets in pending, I have exactly 4 winnings bets which are not paid the 28/08/2020...
Concerning my withdrawal, I can't make a new withdrawal because the website say that my previous withdrawal is not finished (450€). In addition this 2 months, I made others deposits...

As you can see in that complaint, the casino did not reply either. It's possible that the player was paid out without our interference. However the casino did not respond to us, so we will be forced to close this complaint as "unresolved" which could lead to casino rating deduction. Both sides can reopen the complaint anytime.
