The player from the US has been waiting for her withdrawal since May. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have 3 pending payouts from as far back as March 2022. Every time I message they ask me to update bitcoin address which I have done at least 30 times. Then they say they will escalate the withdrawals however, nothing ever happens.
