I requested payout Aug 27 2021. I was told it wouldn't take more than a week. I submitted documents prior to request. Each time they say they will expedite my request to accounting and nothing. I have be polite an patient. I have reached out several times via email and nothing when. Try to communicate via live chat on their site its always a hit or miss type of deal. If they aren't blowing me off they are selling false hopes. Recently almost 6 months later; I was told a week and a half ago that my payout will completed in 3 days and it wasn't. The yesterday I asked for update, they didn't even pretend to lie. He told me to send email (the same email yet to have a response to)


I Don t understand . please help me

No this was my first attempt to with drawl. I have made a handful of deposits.


As far as I know I passed the KYC . I assume that because every time I ask im told I don't have to.do anything else .


And I have a lot of screenshots can I add them. On here or where should I send them?

If no response is received in the set time frame, we extend the timer one more time and a casino has a second chance to comment in a thread. During this time, we try to contact the casino also in other possible ways. If the casino fails to comment on the complaint again, the complaint will be closed as unresolved and the casino's rating will be impacted accordingly on our website.

After the mentioned standard process, the last option is to contact the gaming authority, if the casino is regulated by any authority.
