Deposit £700 in Euros to crazy star casino m play the same game as have over other casinos at 1:35 EUR a spin I had penny's as a win and not one feature spin which is very unlucky as stated played over few casins and it's a fair game and will always come.. I complained about this and requested a refund. They have no security to go through. My refund is constantly under review my emails go ignored. Apparently they only have one email address for everything . I sent a complaint and asked for the procedure, my reply eventually was I have attached it to Ur refund review.. when I asked live chat could they please give me a update on my refund and email financial department and ask them to respond to my email my answer was simply " sorry but no "... When looking for the email address for the site I come across Triumph casino as to get in touch with crazy casino so emaild them and my email bounced back.. read the reviews and all said the same.. the games are rigged!! 5 days and counting waiting for the Reviews answer 🙈

I have contacted the casino.. they customer support are rude and are now help I've emailed the financial department they don't respond I understand it's a gamble of course but after reading similar reviews as it's a new casino that opens this year I'm very weary that it's a ligitimate site. I did ask what's the time scale on the process and how do they go about complaints they simply said you case will be looked at once withdrawal are made as refunds gets pushed to the back of the qué. And only one email address for the company so complaints will be looked at when a administrator comes across it after withdrawal and all other relivent emails are seen to first. Meaning they don't have a procedure to follow .. i
