The player from Netherlands has requested a withdrawal ten days ago. It hasn’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
10 days ago i have withdraw €1000 and stil havent recieved it. The company said i needed to by verified, so i have send my documents. 1 document needed to be reuploaded so i did that. After that my account was blocked and i dont know why..?? live chat doesnt no anything they only say that i get a email in 24hours 3 days has passed and still nothing. This is not normal and a big no go for a casino like crazeplay

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed and your account has been blocked?
