Hello I have signed up to this casino and won a decent amount I’m still waiting to be verified so I can withdraw this money but I’m seeing a lot of people saying it’s a scam website but it seemed normally to be as the layout was the same as other kyc casinos could anyone please just let me know if this cosmo bet casino is a scam or not to save me time not to give any hope of getting my money thank you!

Hi thank you for your reply about 2 days ago I submitted my id proof of address and proof of credit card I actually received an email from them yesterday saying I need to use my passport as id I think it was probably an automated email when a verification gets rejected because anything else I email them about I don’t get a response so then I used my passport all good all my details are correct which I submitted as I’m still waiting for verification so I might have to wait couple days. I see that’s it part of "kyc" I used mystake before which is kyc also and there was no problems so I thought Cosmo bet would be also fine with it having the same layout as mystake but then I see on trust pilot the reviews and got very worried I got a good amount won there and was happy but now I’m worried I won’t even get the money which I deserve I guess it’s just a waiting game if it doesn’t work I might have to let the bank know about it being a scam to at least get my deposits back. Update: I managed to get verified and my withdrawal says success it’s been 24 hours now still waiting got a bit more hope now I got an email from that saying I was verified successfully which is a good sign that they are showing customer support I’m just waiting on withdrawal now.
