Hello, I requested a payout of 500 euros from this casino.. everything was verified, my account, now I've been waiting for what happens for 4 days, unfortunately I don't get any notification or that.. it just says payout pending, then I wrote to customer support and they always say the same thing that I should contact this email kyc@cosmicslot.com, I did that 20 times and didn't get an answer ....
