Well Denny, the original withdrawal request was denied due to "mixing funds." You made a cash deposit on top of a bonus sitting in your account making the winnings ineligible for withdrawal.
The initial deposit was reimbursed to your casino account and you played it. When you began to make pointed and very specific threats against us our security department looked much deeper into your account and found multiple active accounts, that your date of birth varied from account to account, your email matched different accounts with different names on them, and a number of other security flags.
Your account was suspended at that point and all of your deposits were refunded.
We are a legitimate operation, if you follow the rules and you win, we pay. Big time. Mixing funds is one thing, and we post the rules in depth online to avoid such situations. Taking the time to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the casino is always prudent.
However if you try to skirt the system or abuse it our screening system is quite proficient and we reserve the right to suspend your account at any time.
Your deposit funds should be returned to the card they were issued from as soon as the banking system allows.
