I made a deposit to this casino in virtual currency.

When I tried to make a withdrawal, virtual currency did not exist as a withdrawal method, and other withdrawal methods were not supported in Japan.


I could not notice this before depositing because the casino does not allow you to open the withdrawal screen without a balance.


The casino review also stated that virtual currency was available.

I request that withdrawals be made in virtual currency.
