I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to try contact your payment provider if there may any issue occurred. Meanwhile, Also I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Were all the addresses correctly inserted while depositing? How much was the deposited amount?

If the casino claims that the payment was refused, the transaction might be lost more likely on the payment method's side.

The transaction was made on the blockchain with bitcoin and the transaction clearly went trough as you can see on the transaction ID of the blockchain.
