I've been playing slots, poker and sports for more than 15 years online, and for many of those years I have, unfortunately, been at ComeOn. But now I've had it with them.
ComeOn used to be the best of the best, but that was many years ago. Over the last few years everything has changed, and it's quite clear that their only focus now is profit maximization. You get ZERO benefits from playing here.
Bonuses used to be great, they had the best selection of sports in the market, their customer support used to be amazing, and they often arranged competitions, trips and more for their loyalty players.
Now? Nothing. Everything vanished at the hands of their greedy owners.
1. Sports betting ComeOn used to have the best selection of games in the market alongside Bet365. However for the last years they've changed completely, and are now single handed the worst bookmaker you can find.
2. Support Customer service is completely useless. Live-chat is offline about 90% of the day. And don't expect any quick replies to your email, they usually respond after +/- 3 days. After 15-20 years of gambling online I can safely say that ComeOn has the worst customer support of any casino or bookmaker.
3. Bonuses etc. Extremely bad when it comes to bonuses. Once a week you can ask their cheap chatbot for a bonus, and it will give you less than 10% of your net losses, where in other casinos you can easily receive up to 30%. Ask for a "goodwill bonus" on email and they just flip you off and tell you to talk to the chatbot.
4. Casino A decent selection of games, but really no reason to play that here either since there are 50+ other casinos with a much better selection of games.
So for anyone comtemplating joining ComeOn - do yourself a favour and don't.
