The player from Norway has tried to activate Deposit bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On friday, 11th february, i got a deposit bonus on 100% within 5000NOK. After deposited, i didnt Get my bonus. I have now Been talked with the live support wich tells me to contact them on Mail.
At Mail Comeon do not respond. I was getting the information that today they will give me an answer, but they still not responding.
On Monday 14th, I accepted the bonus and took a deposit to it.

I have tried to communicate, but there is no respond from the relevant team. It was the relevant team who put the promotial offer in my account, but when i deposited, my bonus weren't given to me.
I have a "supervisor" on the Loyality team wich is the guy who give me extra bonuses, etc.
He gave me this 100% deposit bonus, but didn't respond in a long time.
Twice earlier i had a deal to give me the bonus after i have deposited, wich have been this time to, but this time they reject to give me the bonus.
so its the loyality team who are going to give me the bonus.
