The player from Canada submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. There was no response from the casino, so the complaint was closed as 'unresolved'. The casino requested that the complaint be reopened, stating that the player had been unable to make a withdrawal due to outstanding wagering requirements. The player replied that this was not the case, but upon being asked for further information they became unresponsive. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

I attempted to cashout 200 dollars and there is now way to withdrawl money on the site... I have contacted support numerous times with no response. I am starting to think the site is just a scam. Please help me get my money from these fraudsters.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

It's not just that. When you go to the withdrawl menu option nothing even comes up. I think the site may just be a scam. I have been contacting customer support for the last 2 days with no response. There is also no KYC process to even complete. Please help me casino guru!

There is no withdrawal option available. I have been contacting the casino for the last 3 days with zero response. I think the casino is a scam... at least you can help stop others from being ripped off like I was. I am resigned to the fact I most likely will never see my money now

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in ratings caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.


In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Curacao Gaming Authority (certria@gaminglicences.com) and submit a complaint to them. It's not the best licensing authority but it has more options and tools to help players. Let me know how they replied (adam.m@casino.guru). I wish I could have been of more help.
