The player from Texas has a gambling problem and asked the casino to terminate his account. Despite asking for self-exclusion, the casino has still not closed his account. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I specifically reached out to this Casino weeks ago. I specifically told them I have a gambling problem. Please terminate my account. They continue to not do it. They tell me they will get back to me in 48 hours. I think this is criminal. I have a serious gambling problem and I wanted to self exclude and they are not letting me.

Would it be possible to forward the exact same request to nikolas.b@casino.guru? Did you deposit any money into the casino since your self-exclusion request?
