The player from Texas had requested a withdrawal from an online casino which hadn't been received at the time of the complaint. The withdrawal request had been made on February 26th and was approved by the casino on March 1st, with a stated deposit period of 7 to 14 days. After communicating with the Complaints Team, the player had confirmed receipt of her winnings a few hours later. The issue had then been resolved.

I have been trying to withdraw since april twenty six twenty five hundred dollars. Or I guess technically I'll give them till March 1st, which is the day they approve the withdrawal.They said that it would be deposited to my bitcoin seven To fourteen business days after approval. Since the approval I've been given the run around, they asked me to send them a copy of my iD again 6 days ago which I did immediately.And and still have gotten no update on when they plan on sending my withdrawal.And I have no idea what to do about it.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I'm sorry that was a typo it was requested Feb 26th. They approved the withdrawal march 1 and said it would be deposited 7 to 14 days after it was approved!
