Chipstars casino owes me 6,618.53 USD,


They have caused me a year of near hell, and lost even more money than this to go and get documents legally notarised etc,


This is a reply I got from Chipstars after almost a year of hell, yes, hell, caused by Chipstars and not myself,


'This case has now been resolved amicably and according to regulations, the player will receive his deposits and we regret to inform you that the account will permanently remain closed. The reason is that we take financial regulations very seriously, and in this case, the player was not willing to sufficiently verify his identity and source of funds, which leaves us with no other option.

The unusual length of this case was because we rely on customers cooperation in such cases, which we regrettably did not receive.'


Obviously it is not resolved because I am yet to receive my money


Also they are only offering my deposits back when I won my money fair and square, which they know,


They claim I was not willing to verify my identiy and source of funds but that is a heap of nonsense, beyond that. A truly disgusting joke almost.


They had one million and one questions. All of which made no sense.

Chipstars & friends disregard humanity,

This is a lot more severe of a situation than I think you realise, they have broken probably half your policies and then some that you wouldn't even to fathom a betting site of doing,

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing?

I withdrew this on 05/04/2023, 04:46, their TOS states withdraw process take 24-96 hours for verification,

Yet here we are,

Probably hundreds of questions later, documents later, left right upside down sideways you name it, never good enough, most of which made no sense whatsoever and not even getting my first name right multiple times called me other names etc,


They say I was not compliant? They are lying. Lying beyond you can believe. Simple. They have done this with many other people, someone even contacted me on Instagram saying they were a victim of Chipstars not paying out then coming up with a never ending cycle of questions and documents, no matter how ridiculous.


So nearly one year later they say they will return my deposits? Is that some kind of sick joke?


I was even verified within 5 minutes like any other casino right back when I started, of course the moment I withdraw there's issues left right up and down like I say,

Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I can't even fathom this question because the answer is so rabbit-hole-esq. I was approved at the start. Fully verified. Moment I withdraw it's a million problems. In their ToS it implied from a very clear table at most I would be asked for is simple KYC documents. Instead they want an arm a leg and 5 fingers 10 toes and 1 eye. Yet then when you give them that it isn't enough because they need you to do a handstand with no legs left. You see where I am get? I am sure you do.


I have sent over so many documents, from hospital appointments (this is why this is a sickening situation), to videos of myself, to everything, they say I didn't provide a tax document or something after like it being the 15th document they ask for and I don't even get tax documents not everyone does in the UK (not that they care) and even when they asked for it they asked for like 3 other optional documents instead which I gave but then they loop around and say I didn't provide such and such. It's all a massive mind *insert bad word here* - and intentionally so.


Let me be clear I was beyond compliant, I played the clown games far, far too long. Probably caused me severe mental health issues. I know from the start I should have been paid out just like I have on probably hundreds of other sites lol.

This situation not only wasted sooooo much of my time, but also a lot of money as I had to seek legal solicitors etc as a request of chipstars to get my financial and KYC documents legally notarised. You have no idea how much of a pain this was combined with the hundreds of questions that literally made no sense and requests for documents that also made no sense as everything I provided was fine.


I have never, ever had an issue with another betting site refusing to pay out in this way. I am in the UK so this really is not smart in any way from Chipstars in the long run,

When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

They block me, I sit in queue on live chat for 10 minutes, suddenly it opens and closes straight away. They are intentionally ignoring me everywhere. I go on a separate email and lo-and-behold welcome to live chat. Who seems like the 'compliant' one here. What a joke. A beyond unfair one at that.


Pay me my winnings, as well as my deposits back,


One minute it's this reason, the next it's that. They have a massive list that they clearly cycle through. They aren't even creative with it.


I haven't done anything wrong and I played legitimately obviously. Nothing to hide here.

I have provided an XMR address for them to pay me my full amount on the most recent email I sent to them so they know where


Do not justify anything they have done here it's all a massive ploy designed to punish legitimate winners obviously yielding massive returns for this Chipstars and their co-conspirators.

Nobody has been contacting me back for weeks now, so it would definitely be beneficial if you are to contact the betting site and tell them to speed this up, as every time they have responded publicly things move along,

They have already agreed to pay my funds, so they just need to be nudged along, plus I will reiterate I am still supposed to be working this out with the betting site as they are with me, so your help here would be much appreciated,

You need to open this complaint instead of delaying it, as if you simply ask them to pay my funds I am sure it will be paid to my XMR address I already gave them,

If Chipstars did a polygraph test the machine would grow a pair of legs and walk out the room to have a cigarette. That is how much they lie and how far they are willing to lie.


Long story short I am still waiting for my full balance, months since my last contact with Chipstars claiming they intended to pay me. I gave them a brief window where I stated deposits only would suffice which they accepted. I accepted with a time limit on the offer of deposits only, for obvious reasons why, even though my winnings are 100 percent legitimate and I deserve more than every penny after this violating illegal situation. They have failed to pay me weeks later therefore reminding me I am eligible to my full legitimate winnings and also reminding me they won't reply unless forced to do so. Chipstars are intent on scamming in any way possible. Pay me my funds and let me get on with my life or pay the consequences Chipstars that will follow shortly both legally and elsewhere.


Also thanks to Casino.Guru I reminded myself, yes Cameron, you are entitled to your money you risked and should have been rewarded. Instead I got 15 double barrel shotguns worth of nonsense fabrications shot at me.

I am tempted to start messaging the friends and family of scam artists like Bojan Jankovic (one of Chipstars founders and head of staff who I found) unless this is resolved soon and let everyone know what operation he a key part in running,

I found his Instagram and screenshotted all his followers and who he follows, lots of his friends and family I see on there, I should enlighten them all to who and what this company does, ruin peoples lives with his majorly complicit part in these illegal actions,

He obviously found this idea very scary as he immediately put his Instagram on private the moment I told him I intend to do this. Obviously I think ahead and have documented his entire following. So he cannot hide that no matter how hard he wants too now. A scam artist cannot remain in the shadows forever. I will tell everybody he knows including his own mother he's a scammer if I find her on this list.

I will also potentially be finding out more about the other members of Chipstars and be contacting their families and friends also to remind them that this person works for a business operating illegally and destroying many lives,


Or, Chipstars can do the right thing and pay me, albeit almost a year later, it can finally be 'resolved' if you can call it that...


Referring to ADR/License disputes and whatnot is a diversion tactic from Chipstars and I am not falling for it, it's a trap, it's still supposed to being resolved between me and Chipstars amongst ourselves, so for example this casino.guru complaint remains more valid and viable than ever,


I've had multiple people contact me privately about Chipstars showing they are victims also.


Open the complaint please. Contact Chipstars asking for them to resolve this. It's clear as the sky is blue what is going on.


You state on your guidelines that this is pretty much the exact scenario you aim to help people with, some time wasting fake terms joke casino who needs to sort their stuff out, immediately,

If Chipstars return my deposits by today, 18th Jan, as stated in my email,

I will close this case + make my reviews positive.

Otherwise I will seek my full winnings.

I have sent them an email confirming this in writing,

They have an XMR Monero address to refund me  3,387.13 USD (my deposits) to provided in my most recent email.

I used XMR to deposit and therefore a new Monero address must be given which I have given plus due to this situation been going on almost a year obviously I would have to provide a wallet.


This is to speed up the process as I have waited almost a year for my funds back and I have bills I have to pay. Not because it was ideal.

I still accept my deposits and deposits only if this is put in motion very shortly, or I will risk homelessness because I was relying on these funds when I was told they would be returned to me so quickly when I said I will accept just the deposits, this is after months of being ignored so you can understand why I was like okay we are getting to a solution I guess.

Which is when this case should have been sorted and this will have been resolved,

Anyway.

I have had no contact from anyone relevant and have been totally ignored.

This is currently still in the 'resolving' stage and hasn't been taken into force by anyone including licence issuer as there has been no requests from either party IE me saying I want the full winnings so it merely is a massive delay in just paying me the deposits back.... that's literally all that needs to happen now. I have provided an XMR wallet address in my most recent emails and telegrams conversations in which they can minus my winning and send my 3,387.13 USD in deposits. The same address is at the top of this complaint + in my email in which Chipstars replied the next day confirming they would return deposits if accepted. Obviously this case has been going on for a year almost plus you can't send Monero back to itself so I have to provide a wallet. Don't need any more deception.

Don't even get me started obviously it's my money it's not even considered a large amount in gambling sphere + I got notarised banking documents I sent to Chipstars months ago from a notary in the UK which cost me hundreds of pounds.... to then see no winnings.


Besides Chipstars have constantly contradicted themself for reasonings' as to why they wouldn't pay me the full winnings in the past, one minute it's because of not sending over the 10 millionth document, the next its because of something else. Always different. They couldn't even get my NAME right on some emails in the past. That shows how incompetent they are.


Once I hadn't heard from them in weeks and I made the Trustpilot and a day or so later they replied nonsensne on it, made a false flag trying to take it down which is against Trustpilot rules, sent me a rushed 2 minutes of thought email with more absurd questions like 'who is Ben French to you' - Ben French was my best friend at the time which I labelled him as in literally the previous response about something else which made whichever rushed responder come up with such a '''genius''' question. Who is Ben French? Well if you read what I said you would know..... disgusting. That seems like amazing KYC work to me doesn't it after WEEKS of waiting. & other silly examples such as 'we want tax documents' even though in the UK not everyone has access to those because I don't need to pay tax on gambling they should know as they accept UK customers. joke. shows how incompetent they are at this gig. They just throw whatever in your face.


Another disgusting one when they asked for Bank statements they asked who's that and I said my parents. They then said they wanted proof from my parents that they sent me the money to help pay my rent or something absolutely absurd like that for like a 500 pound payment or something tiny. Absolutely disgusting considering I can't speak or communicate in any way to my parents currently and at the time for legal reasons.


I sent them an emergency hospital appointment letter as they requested more proof of address like a 10th document. That's how disgusting this is. Endless.


This is just scratching the surface on how ridiculous some of the questions and document requests got.


I'm surprised they didn't ask me to start performing one handed handstands with all the documents held between my toes whilst simultaneously answering questions. They have no bounds.


When I completed all this nonsense they then randomly say oh yes by the way we are going to forfeit your winnings because you abused the system. Absolutely untrue. This is a comedic accusation. I lose heavy majority.

On my Trustpilot they say I wasn't cooperative. Do you think for a second by looking at this complaint I seem like the type to not be engaged. They're the people that ignore you for months when they run out of reasons to not pay you. Yet I am the one labelled as this? When a review pops up they just make up a new reason as to why I am not being paid. I lost so much gambling in my life and thank god I quit.


Many people contacted me privately on socials about this saying they had carbon copy or similar situations.

So if Chipstars claim it's amicably resolved, which it's not until I am paid as promised, how come you're saying it's not resolved? That makes zero sense whatsoever, well it does make sense, being Chipstars lied.


I just Caught Chipstars in a blatant lie for all too see, they wrote this on my Trustpilot, I then contacted them as you can CLEARLY see from the evidence, they get back to me next day saying if you would like the deposits returned message CEG and CC us in. I did so. Three weeks later still nothing. What exactly needs to be 'decided' here apart from Chipstars doing what they were supposed to do around 3 weeks ago? Lol.

Alright, let's say for a moment I was 'not willing' to follow your procedures any longer, which correct, I was not due to my belief and others belief you had gone way ,way too far, then return the deposits.

I'm gonna kill myself if this isn't paid immediately. I waited almost a month after they said word for word I will get the deposits back.


I have been eating porridge for 3 days in a row and I feel like I am going to die so why don't I just do that.


The license issuer just ignore me. It's an ADR dispute and Chipstars already agreed to pay back my deposits.


They should before it's too late and I end up on the news. My family will ensure it.

I just want to be extremely clear that Chipstars need to pay out, as they promised, and that will resolve all my problems,

I have spoken to the relevant organisations regarding the other suicide/self-harm issues albeit financially Chipstars having not paid me - yet - is creating a huge burden that only they can resolve,


Chipstars, release the funds so I can get on with my life and prevent any further suffering,

As you have contacted the casino's ADR, they are not allowed to do any action until the investigation by the ADR is finished. We will be also marking the complaint as unresolved - waiting for regulator's decision.
