Well, here I am again, unfortunately. As with the last complaint, I won another bet of 1600€. A week ago, I proceeded to make this withdrawal of 1600€. As they had told me the last time, I made this withdrawal via cryptocurrency and did it using this method. However, it still hasn't arrived. I speak to them every day and they always tell me it will arrive the next day, but it never does. I'm fed up with all the lies and deceit, and they never speak the truth. Supposedly, this method should only take up to 24 hours according to their conditions, but it never does... I'm tired of them constantly making a mockery of their clients again and again. I have screenshots of all these lies they tell me.

Hello, my account has been verified for almost a year now, I have made several withdrawals, the small ones took almost no time at all, the larger ones always cause problems, what a coincidence... I played with real money, no bonus . The last time I spoke to the casino was today, and they gave me the same answer every day. This is a shame.
