The player from Germany had his winnings confiscated. We closed the complaint because the player stopped responding.
€10 was deposited with crypto and not as a gift from a streamer as written in the attached mail, which is an amount of €9.06. This money turned into a payout of €800.19. This was cancelled, €750 withheld, on the grounds that I received the money as a gift and the bonus conditions were activated. That means there is a maximum payout of only €50. So I was cheated out of 750€...
No one answers my support questions anymore.
10€ wurden mit Krypto einbezahlt und nicht als Geschenk von einem Streamer wie in der angehängten Mail geschrieben, was einem Betrag von 9,06€ entspricht. Aus diesem Geld wurde eine Auszahlung von 800,19€. Diese wurde storniert, 750€ einbehalten, mit der Begründung ich habe das Geld als Geschenk bekommen und die Bonusbedingungen wurden aktiviert. Heißt es gibt eine maximale Auszahlung von nur 50€. Ich wurde somit um 750€ betrogen...
Auf Rückfragen an den Support antwortet mir jetzt keiner mehr..

Thank you for the feedback.
The €10 was credited to my account at chipstars.bet via crypto and it was RAW cash balance.
Of course, Chipstars now claims that it was a gift from a streamer and claims that only a maximum payout of €50 is possible here. However, it is 100% raw cash deposited via crypto.
Account is verified and I also wanted to withdraw via crypto.
Payment of 800€ was canceled as already written and 750€ was deducted from me and the remaining 50€ was booked as a credit again. I would be happy to attach a screenshot again for you, also for the deposit.
Now, instead of the €800.19 I earned, I only have €50.19 in credit that I could pay out.

Die 10€ wurden mir über Krypto auf meinem Konto bei chipstars.bet gutschrieben und es war RAW-Cash Guthaben.
Chipstars behauptet jetzt natürlich, es sei ein Geschenk von einem Streamer und beruft sich darauf, dass hier nur eine maximale Auszahlung von 50€ möglich sei. Es ist jedoch 100% Raw-Cash über Krypto einbezahlt.
Konto ist verifziert und ich wollte auch über Krypto auszahlen.
Auszahlung von 800€ wurde jedoch wie schon geschrieben storniert und mir gleich 750€ abgezogen und die restlichen 50€ wieder als Guthaben gebucht. Gerne kann ich Ihnen hier auch einen Screenshot nochmals anfügen, auch für die Einzahlung.
Habe jetzt statt den 800,19€ die ich erspielt habe nur noch 50,19€ als Guthaben stehen, die ich auszahlen könnte.
