Deposited £110 with my debit card. Some strange website from China.

Got max won on Doghouse megaways, won over 3300 euros,

Played a wee bit and wanted too withdraw 900 euros. In order too withdraw my account has too be verified in order to withdraw, tried to send my documents to there email address.

info@chipstars.bet and support@chipstars. Neither exists seems to be a scam!!!!.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I tested 2x to send an email to the same email address, one went through and one didn't. Would you be so kind as to try to send another email?

Could you please advise if you have tried other ways to contact the casino? I also tested their live chat and I was immediately connected to the support agent and all of my questions were answered. There is also a contact form, which you can fill in. Have you tried this option as well? You can find it here.

Hello thanks very much for your quick investigation, I tried again and got through, I got a email back saying am fully verified, but as there is no option to credit my original payment mastercard debit card and I don't have crypto (or understand it.) I tried skrill as I have an account with them.

They have now blocked my withdrawal!!

And not credited it back into my casino account. Am kinda stuck with options now. I do appreciate any help I can get.

I smell a Scam here.

Update...... After successfully contacting live chat, they told me it's my skrill that's blocked.

So I've given them my IBAN details hopefully in a couple of days I should receive my money in bank.

That love agent chat seems legit.

Good morning after waiting for the fourth business day for my bank transfer to appear, I still have not received it.

I even doubt now that they have sent this.

I've been in contact daily with them, they keep telling me that it's going to land in my account.

I've have reiterated my IBAN and Bic to them 3 times now.

Am really not happy the way they have treated a brand new customer like myslef.

I am fully verified with them, after sending in the required documents.

Can you please help me get what I was lucky to win.
