The player from Italy has requested withdrawal almost a month ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. We closed the complaint as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply.
I had won almost 800 euros, as soon as I requested the withdrawal on 18 February 2022, they immediately took it away from me because I had exceeded the time for the bonus, they gave me back the 100 euros I had deposited and with those, without any bonus I won 210 euros , I have been waiting for 26 days, I write to support every day, but so far no response

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Was your account successfully verified already?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.
